Uploaded Content: Images you upload and the resulting generated files are stored on our secure servers (using Cloudflare R2). We retain these files as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill your orders and provide historical access to your creations.

2. Use of Information

Your personal data is used exclusively for order fulfillment, shipping, and providing the tools you access on our site. Except as described in Section 6 (Analytics), we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Processing

We use Stripe and Coinbase Commerce for secure transactions. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details or cryptocurrency private keys.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. You may request the deletion of your account and associated images by contacting our support team.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain your login status and cart contents. We also use analytics cookies (see Section 6). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Analytics (CCPA/CPRA Notice)

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our site. This service collects data such as your IP address and online identifiers via cookies.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA, the disclosure of this information to Google for analytics purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal data for money, but we provide this data in exchange for the analytics services Google provides.
