1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing and using GMI Cards, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases on this site. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use this site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. E-Commerce & Shipping Policies

Orders: All physical card purchases are final unless damaged in transit. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear fraudulent or violate our terms.

Shipping: We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives physically damaged or there is a significant manufacturing defect. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery to report issues.

3. User-Generated Content & Ownership

User Rights: You retain all ownership rights to the original images you upload to our service. You also own the final processed "Result Image" generated by our tools for your personal use.

Website Rights: GMI Cards retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all intermediate artifacts, processed layers (e.g., masks, popout layers, texture maps), templates, algorithms, and software used to generate the final result. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these artifacts solely as part of the final result image.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the tool to generate or distribute explicit pornographic material, hate speech, or content that violates the rights of others. Generation of explicit pornographic material is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

Disclaimer: GMI Cards produces custom fan art ("doujin") items. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official intellectual property holders. Our custom cards are for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize GMI Cards to use all intellectual property rights in and to any images you upload.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMI Cards and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy rights.

5. DMCA & Repeat Infringers

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement according to the process set out in our DMCA Policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

6. Limitation of Liability

GMI Cards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
